There are signs that the item has been used previously but in general they are clean and tidy. Items with the grading C are in good condition. There are signs that the item has been used previously and have be pre-owned. Items with the grading CD are in good condition. There are more signs of wear including rubbing and scratches. Items with the grading D are in average condition. There are signs of defects and wear including rubbing, tears and scratches but in the most part the items are still usable. Items with the grading DE are in bad condition. There are many signs of defects and wear including rubbing, tears and scratches and might require some repairing. SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via EMSfrom Japan - EMS (Express Mail International Service).
TIMINGWe aim to pack and ship all items with in 2 business days of when the order/payment has been received. Subject to the country it can take between 7 – 21 days to arrive in your country.
PACKING METHOD
Before the item get shipped it gets re-inspected and packed in a lined cardboard box or EMS envelope. Some products do not have the brand case or dust bag.
TRACKING NUMBERWe will provide you with tracking information once the item has been shipped.
Note: After the items arrives in your country it has been known to take between 2~6 weeks to clear customs. These delays are completely out our control and are decided by customs in each individual country.

RETURNS POLICY
There are 4 reasons that we could accept product returns:
1) Unsatisfied with product
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Once your purchase arrives at your delivery address, you must inform us within 10 days if you would like to return it and obtain a refund. A refund will only be made if the goods are returned to us in the same condition as they were when shipped to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2) Product damaged or lost in Shipping
If the goods appear to have been damaged in shipping, you have 48 hours to notify us. Please send pictures of the damage. If we agree, acting reasonably, that the goods were damaged before delivery we must follow the below stated steps:
- Our company will make a claim with the shipping/postage agent.
- Shipping/postage agent will check details and submit a report to our company.
- If shipping/postage agent agrees that the damage was done during shipping we will refund cost of the product to you.
- Before amount is refunded product must be sent back to our company. If damage claim is accepted our company will pay for any return shipping costs.3) Delivery delays due to local country Customs process
If you decide to return the item due to delays in customs clearance or if you refuse collection of item any refund will not be issued until the item has been received by our company. A refund will only be made if the goods are returned to us in the same condition as they were when shipped to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4) Product is not as listed
If the goods appear to be different from the listed product, you have 48 hours to notify us. Please send pictures of the product and a copy of the invoice/listing details.
